Scan Units for P-Series Scanners

1. Single-beam 3D Surface measurement unit
Confocal measuring unit with up to 10 KHz data sampling rate
Standard optical lens with 3 mm measurement range, 6 and 10 mm lenses on request
Scan unit for vertical measuring with 32,768 quantization steps. Within the 3 mm optical measurement
range leading to a vertical scan resolution of 0.1 micron
2D native scan resolution up to 2,000 lines/cm (ca. 5,000dpi)

2. Multi-beam 3D Surface measurement unit
Confocal line-array measuring unit with up to 380 KHz data sampling rate
Optical lens with 1 and/or 4 mm vertical measurement range
Scan unit for vertical measuring with 32,768 quantization steps. Within the 4 mm optical measurement
range leading to a vertical scan resolution of 0.125 micron
2D native scan resolution alternatively 400 lines/cm (ca. 1,000 dpi) or 800 lines/cm (ca. 2,000dpi)

3. Color-Scan-Dome (CSD)
6to5 technology in combination with topology measuring units listed above
Maximum resolution of 1,000 lines/cm (ca. 2,500 dpi)

4. LC-Line Camera (Fast 6to5)
Simultanous color- and topology scan, including 6to5 technology
Maximum resolution of 600 lines/cm (ca. 1,500 dpi)
